This adds a schedule operation. This represents the schedule of the operation (mapping from iteration space to operand index space), after it has been mapped onto the accelerator using the template.
The
convert-stream-to-snax-streampass will then be split up intoautoflow-schedulerandautoflow-layout-resolution, with this schedule op in between.
